Do you agree to these deliverables? Yes No Content by Kaysy will not be responsible for filming whole ceremony or speeches. * Do you agree to these terms? Yes No Rights of usage: Client * The client retains the right to use the footage for personal purposes related to the event. Any digital publication should give proper credit to @contentbykaysy in the caption Do you agree to these terms? Yes No Rights of usage: Content by Kaysy * Content by Kaysy reserves the right to use footage captured for posting on our own social media platforms and website for portfolio purposes. Do you agree to these terms? Yes No Payment The client agrees to pay Content by Kaysy the total agreed fee. Payment terms are as follows: - A 20% non refundable deposit is due upon signing this agreement - The remaining balance is due one month prior to the event - Late payments risk cancellation Yes No Cancellation Policy * In the event of cancellation by the clients, the deposit is non-refundable. Notice of cancellation must be given to Content by Kaysy. If contentbykaysy cancels a full refund will be given. Do you agree to these terms? Yes No Client responsibilities * The client agrees to provide necessary access to the event venue and any relevant information to facilitate coverage of the event. The client will ensure that all necessary permissions (including other suppliers) and permits for video recording are obtained. Content by Kaysy will be the exclusive content creator at the event. Yes No Liability Content by Kaysy will not be help liable for any damages, losses or injuries arising from the event or use of content, except in the cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
